Dr. Karen Thomas, known at Noah’s Ark as “Doc T,” was recently recognized as one of the 2010 11 Alive Community Service Award winners. Each year 11 Alive in Atlanta recognizes eleven community volunteers for their dedicated service to agencies, organizations and individuals in the metro Atlanta community. Noah’s Ark was invited to submit a nominee, and “Doc T!” was the immediate response. Read her nomination.
In addition, she was also recognized on April 29 as Noah’s Ark’s Volunteer of the Year at the 10th Annual Henry Volunteer Recognition Dinner. Congratulations, Doc T, you deserve these honors!
